Pre-orders 

For items that are marked preorder, please allow 6-8 weeks for your item to be processed and shipped. If you would like to change or cancel your order after you have placed a preorder, please reach out to info@hysteriajewelry.com and allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Regular orders

For items not marked as preorder that we have in stock, please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. 

Domestic Shipping

Free domestic ground shipping on all orders of $250 USD. 

For faster delivery, choose one of the following methods during checkout: 

Shipping Methods:

Next Day: Expected Delivery 1-2 days after processing

Second Day Expected Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing

Ground Expected Delivery: 3 - 7 business days after processing

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this time. If you live outside of the US and are interested in purchasing from us, please reach out to info@hysteriajewelry.com. 

Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of when you receive your order. Item must be in its original packaging and cannot have been worn, damaged, or altered. Please contact info@hysteriajewelry.com in order to start a return or exchange. 

If exchanging, please allow us another 6-8 weeks to make your order if it’s preorder.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship back your order.

Our jewelry is made to last, and with the proper care you can keep your pieces looking great for years. 

Caring for gold-plated jewelry

Remove your jewelry during certain activities such as cleaning, swimming and exercising. Avoid letting your jewelry come into contact with harsh household chemicals like hairspray and chlorine, and make sure to store your jewelry in a safe dry place. 

If necessary, use warm water with a mild, fragrance-free soap to clean plated items. Gently pat dry with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth. Most jewelry cleaners contain chemical elements that will slowly wear and fade plating over time.

Following these steps will help ensure the longevity of your jewelry.

To Store All Your Jewelry:

To care for the jewelry and refrain from tarnishing, store them in a dry area, preferably in a box or a pouch so that they’re not exposed to air. You can also place an anti-tarnish strip in the jewelry box or pouch for further protection. If the jewelry comes in contact with water, perfume, sweat, or any other form of moisture, be sure to wipe and dry the piece. Another great tip is to use a protection spray that will preserve the jewelry. By following these steps, the piece will not tarnish and look forever new.
