Orders & Shipping
Items marked as PREORDER are available for purchase and will be shipped within 6-8 weeks of the purchase date. In some cases items are made to order.
We offer 3 different kinds of shipping, please refer to the info below. Ground shipping is free for all orders over $250. Please note that pre-order items will need 6-8 weeks before shipping.
Shipping Methods:
Next Day: Expected Delivery 1-2 days after processing
Second Day Expected Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing
Ground Expected Delivery: 3 - 7 business days after processing
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact info@hysteriajewelry.com to check on the status of your order.
We accept returns on all full priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please email info@hysteriajewelry.com in order to start a return.
- If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify info@hysteriajewelry.com immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Kindly note that once you receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order.
- We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
- Hysteria Jewelry is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a shipping carrier for transport to your delivery address. This includes packages that are lost or damaged in transit, as well as missing packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location where someone you trust is available to receive your package.
- In the event that your package is missing or delayed, we are happy to help; please notify us immediately at info@hysteriajewelry.com so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that claims may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
- All of our pieces are crafted from recycled sterling silver and will never turn your skin.
- Our plating is a thick 14k gold plating and should last with proper care.
- Our stones are sourced from around the world, some even hand carved from master artisans in Bali.
- To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
- Store in a soft pouch when not in use.
